ABOUT ME

I am a experienced Customer Service Representative with the following skill set. - Data entry - Chat support - Email support - Web scraping of digital books and take information like total number of pages, pages translated and JGFF of each books. - Lead generation for potential customers for a client. Given the store names, I did web research and took their Instagram account, general manager or the owner of the store and direct email contact for each store. - Combine entries from a large number of excel files, collect and remove duplicates. - Collect data from a large size excel files. Due to large size, I have to resize it to smaller sizes to extract the data needed.
