ABOUT ME

Hello Everyone! I am Antony Mancera. Prior to getting promoted to Quality Analyst, I was once a Team Member. I handled a small group within that team where I was able to manage them on my own. There, I was able to develop my reporting, presentation, and analytic skills. I was then became the POC or Prime of that small group. I generated reports daily, weekly and monthly. Along with these reports were powerpoint presentations that we presented to onshore clients. I analyzed the daily, weekly, and monthly reports, provided root-cause analysis and top drivers. I then presented those information through powerpoint presentations. In May 2019, I got promoted to a Quality Analyst. With this, I am able to support the team I was once part of. I was able to get the post mainly because of those skills I developed during my time as POC and Prime. As Quality Analyst, nothing much has changed with what I was doing. The added tasks are auditing their work, coaching them for their opportunities, setting an action plans on how these opportunities will be addressed, analyzing the opportunities, getting the top drivers, setting a group huddle to discuss these drivers and getting their commitment on addressing it. I am also looking into possible Process update or improvement and provide recommendations. I am also being part of client meetings or discussions regarding Process Improvements where I create Guidelines for the team members to follow the. they do their job. Again, powerpoint presentation is the key to providing our clients the most informative guidelines and process. I am current doing a Project for Quality Team where we will be able to improve our existing way of auditing works, and generating reports. I have been a consistent Top Performer from the day I became Analyst. Currently, I am well versed with Google Suites such as Google Studio, sheets and slides.
