I am an Architectural Engineer working in the field for years. I'm having expertise in the field of architectural designing, space planning, CAD drafting, 3d modelling. I'm also efficient in quantity surveying, estimation,
Costing and project scheduling. I can read and analyze drawings efficiently.
-For architectural work I use Auto cad, Sketchup, Vray and 3ds max. I also have extensive experience in the field of architectural designing and planning.
-For quantity takeoff and cost estimation my choice of software are Plan swift, Blue beam Revu extreme and Microsoft excel. I can create RFIs, Submittals and takeoff efficiently.

I help clients to:

1. Create preliminary architectural drawings, As-built drawings and detailed execution drawings. I will can also convert drawings to dwg.
2. Create Exterior and Interior design of space be it residential or commercial. I can do this from given elevations or can propose attractive designs myself. I can Create products/house models very quickly.
3. Estimate the entire job or a specific scope ( such as the floor, roof, drywall, paint). All I need from you would be drawings in pdf, dwg, or any other format and unit pricing. I can also customize spreadsheets as per requirements.
4- I can create bar bending schedules for RCC structures such as beams, slabs, piles, and many more.
5. In case if there confront any changes in drawings, I can redline as-builts to keep your company up to date.
6. I can also create RFIs and Submittals to the design team. For this, I would require complete project specifications and drawings. I can also make procurement schedules for your company to reduce the time delay.
