ABOUT ME
I have been in the bpo industry for the past 4 years. As an Verification Researcher. I am conducting pre employment background check, screening calls with their previous employer and schools verifying different items such as job descriptions, dates of employment/dates of enrolment and compensation if required. I’ve been handling outbound and incoming calls and provide outstanding service and support by resolving telephone inquiries from clients or applicants.
- Then I got promoted as Quality Control. I am responsible to maintain quality standards monitoring Reviewing and approved all finished work data. Im also coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others. I am able to work in fast paced atmosphere, highly organised and detailed with the ability to keep composure when handling many tasks at once.
