I've almost for 4 years working experience in customer service industry for variety projects such as Expedia , Hotel.com , DPDHL , Electronic Arts and Google Ads project. Throughout all the years ,i gained plenty of product knowledge for difference products and up-skill on the analysis skill , coaching and training as role as quality analyst.
