I have been apart of the customer care and data entry world for over 10 years. It is engraved in my soul and I take great pride in doing this. I am also equipped with the skills and experience in Computer Hardware and Cisco Networking. I am currently enrolled at the Montego Bay Community College engaging in the Management Information System Course, I also have Cisco's CCNA 200-105 certificate in routing and switching also. Computer and customer care is my life and I will continue to be apart of this field for as long as I can breathe. Also for the past couple years I have been learning and developing my coding skills.
