Presently working with M-Squared Software & Services (P) Ltd, Trivandrum, Kerala, India as a Quality Supervisor since April 2003 (Medical Records).
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of quality analysts and coordinate the work efficiently as to complete them in time and with quality.
• Editing of medical records, which deals in the process of converting transcribed and voice recognized reports to direct upload status.
• Prepare monthly work reports of each team member.
• Audit and appraise the performance of each team member on a monthly basis.
• Motivate and provide help to each team member to increase the productivity of the team.
• Handling all the accounts fully and independently.
