ABOUT ME
I have been working as a collector since 2009. It started in November 2009 when I was hired as a Collection Representative for a US credit card. We used TransUnion to do skip tracing for customers who are unresponsive. I became a trainer and a supervisor after 3 years of doing outbound calls. I developed the training curriculum for collections which was used for new hire trainings. I managed 2 line of business such as the Fraud Indexing process and the Transactional Audit team. Then I got hired as a Senior Collections Analyst in a solar company in 2017. I served as a financial advisor by analyzing their monthly expenses and providing best settlement offer to help them manage their bills. And for unresponsive customers, we use TransUnion in performing skip trace. We had a significant success rate in terms of collections efficiency. We were able to cure accounts which were tagged as unable to locate accounts.
