I finished Information and Communications Technology, majored in Web Design and Development. My first job has been in the contact industry way back 2006, worked as a Technical Support Representative for a US based ISP company, have vast knowledge and experience in basic and advanced troubleshooting; knowledgeable of basic and advanced home networking, specializing on wired and wireless connection, including file and printer sharing on different platforms. I was also promoted as a Level II technician for the same account. I was promoted as a wall to wall trainer (Foundation and Product Specifics) for the same account. I was transferred as a trainer / SME for a Sales account then moved to an online retailer account, handling both phone and email. I have experience in terms of social media marketing, SEO and being a virtual assistant. I am also training for a US-based email marketing company.
