I hold a Swiss Diploma in Hospitality and Events management. Due to the current epidemic, I am unable to complete my Bachelors as such I have invested my time in creative writing mainly. Before the epidemic, I had successfully completed two internships in hotels in Portugal and Switzerland. My roles were diverse from housekeeping, F & B to reception duty. During which I had the opportunity to work on my own and with a team as well as apply critical thinking to solve issues.
