I handled chat support with Integrity Staffing Solutions through Amazon, answered tickets via email for Connectbuy (helping customers with their damage/return items). I also worked for Uber for almost 3 years and handled rider and driver inquiries in regards to complaints, refunds, adding credits, reactivation, and deactivation of accounts, reviewing and investigating account before issuing refunds.
The platforms that I've been trained for are Zopim, Zendesk, Bliss, Teamdot, Workforce, and Salesforce.
