ABOUT ME
My name is Jeremiah Ntato Lelit and I have 4+ years as a Business Analyst.
I have an Actuarial background and I have a technical mind and ability to work with teams.
I have spent the past 3 years doing system process re-engineering as a Business Analyst Pension at the Jubilee insurance company Ltd. I have experience in analyzing processes and implementing solutions to achieve organizational goals while managing projects throughout all phases, thus I am confident I will significantly contribute to the objectives of your company.
I excel at connecting with cross-functional decision makers and acquiring necessary and relevant information to inform and direct goal-oriented business solutions to meet organizational needs. From developing complex use case reports and diagrams and analyzing internal policies and laws to liaising between departments and training and supporting staff.
Consider the following skills that I will bring on table;
Interviewing business systems’ users to document the current process as-is.
Proper documentation and the system requirements to fit the changes required.
Conducting workshops and meetings to familiarize the teams with the expected changes and gaining their approval and recommendations.
Using Visio to prepare process diagrams that show the end to end flow of the functionalities of the envisioned software.
Working in an Agile manner with the product owner and developers to test every stage of the software end to end.
Holding regular short meetings to update the teams on the process progress and the experienced bottle necks in case of any.
Keeping an eye on the timelines issued without necessarily jeopardizing the quality of the work being done.
Data clean-up which includes making sure the data has all the relevant information.
Using JIRA software to log in requirements and bugs and errors and assigning to developers to work on.
I am also good in data analysis and I have excellent skills in Excel, SAS, MINITAB, MATLAB, SPSS and R.
My technical report (project) was based on “Macro-stress testing using CPV model.” I used Credit portfolio view model to analyze data from three commercial banks to ascertain their strength in their loans portfolio.
