ABOUT ME
I am certified reports analyst in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for almost 2 years and my duties and responsibilities are collating data of all call center agents like for example their log in and log out everyday and all the calls that they handled and reporting it to our client, we are responsible to monitor all the releases of the agents and monitor their sales on how many products they sell in a day.
I am certified too in Data entry in 2 years and my duties and responsibilities are insert all the data that customer made, proof read all the data if there is any discrepancy after that we categorized all the data by area so we can see who is the highest .
