My objective is to be one of the dependable professionals, in ways of providing constantly excellent worth of work.

Firstly, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management. So basically, financial thing is my profession. I can do a lot of things related to financial for the clients.

Secondly, I had been a Customer Service Representative in Out-bound calls for almost a year. I have more or less 3 years experience as Virtual Assistant. And basic knowledge with Chat and Email Customer Support in an E-commerce business using Shopify platform and Zendesk support platform for tracking, prioritizing, and solving customer support tickets.. I've also experience handling social media accounts such as Facebook Fan Pages, Twitter, Instagram.

Furthermore, I have a strong background on data entry/research/mining/analysis for administrative task using excels, words, publisher, scheduler, Google Docs and Sheets.
