Coming from a manpower service provider, here are some of my tasks for almost 9 years:
As an HR:
- assist and interview applicants, orient applicants for deployment
As a Coordinator:
- assist member’s concern and relay it to Head Office when needed
As an HR/Admin Senior Officer
- supervise and monitor staff’s daily activities
- process government loans of our members
- makes/revises documents/forms for easy use
- encode timekeeping of staff every cut-off
