ABOUT ME

I am a Nursing graduate. I earned my Bachelor's degree in 2012. From then up until 30 June, I worked in the BPO industry. I developed good English communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and in the team. I have good prioritisation and time-management skills as well.

I worked for an Australian e-commerce account. I worked with the company's clients around the globe. As a content administration specialist, I help create and update articles that will set the guidelines for buyers and sellers, I publish these articles in our knowledge base that will be the team's reference for company policies. This experience helped me acquire basic knowledge in HTML.

Another thing I like about my job is I also propose ideas that will benefit the company. This would allow me to voice out my ideas and share to the clients.
