ABOUT ME
I am a customer service cum project management executive with 4+ years of experience with UK based an US based firms. I started my career as a technical support for a Non Profit Organisation and moved on to start my professional career and I started working for AT&T at Convergys as a Technical Support Associate. I have worked with E-commerce and Logistics firm as well which helped me to learn the operation of both the industry very well. I have worked as a web developer as well.
I have been trained on core project management skills and have gained experience on various aspects of project management and customer services as well.
I have also been trained in managing marketplace like Amazon, eBay, Fruugo and Bol.com. I am a quick learner and I can adapt to changes very quickly.
