I am Joebeth a. Jaime, 24 years old. I graduate at STI-Dumaguete with a course of Information and Communications Technology. I've been working for almost 3 years in a different BPO company I've experienced different kinds of an account which is local account for a telecommunication company at the same time I'm handling technical support and a health care account which is I am also handling claims, benefits, and eligibility the account was very challenging though it was multitasking you really need to check the account carefully and gave the information to the provider accurately. Lastly was the food ordering account it was really challenging also since you really need to focus the call during taking orders and understand the customer care. Those experience really helps me a lot in terms of handling a call to a customer, knows more about metrics of the account, of course, doing multitask. I can type 45 wpm and I also want to experience another field of industry which is chat support I really love typing, searching for information.
