ABOUT ME
Experienced Transcriptionist and had been working in the field since 2009.
Have worked with a transcription company here in Bacolod City as a Voicemail Transcription Agent. My task was to convert recorded voice messages into text for readability and convenience to recipients.
Have also worked with the same company as a Legal Transcription Agent, wherein, I was tasked to transcribe court depositions of different United States' Court of Appeals, District Courts, and Supreme Courts.
I also worked as a Call Analyst. My task was to analyze different car dealership calls from various customers, and classify those calls into their designated database buckets for future reference accordingly.
