ABOUT ME

I have years of experience working for a startup company. I am assigned to a multiple role since the company is just starting. My main work is to do software testing for software version releases with documentation included for regulatory. I also maintain all adhoc change requests. For new features implemented on our releases, I also do training for our end user partners if needed.

In addition, I work as the Lead Technical support to accept phone calls and emails from clients with problems or issues in our system.
