I am a technical support representative. I was tasked to provide quality customer service and make customers feel satisfied with the resolution I'm providing. I dealt with various technical issues on the internet, landline, and emails through inbound calls and social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. I am also a senior recruiter, I can do candidate sourcing or lead sourcing, Keyword Research using Boolean Search, managing interviews, qualifying candidates if qualified for the role, and also doing admin tasks such as creating macros in Excel, calculating payroll, setting up staffhealth's salary through Expresspay. Also, I can do basic tasks like Data Entry with the use of Google Docs Spreadsheet, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar. I also undergo training in creating Facebook Ads, Social Media Management, and Email Management. I am a team player, Hardworking, Fast learner, Exciting to work with, passionate, and eager to learn new things. I can communicate well in the English Language to assure good service.
