I have over 10 years of experience in the field of Customer Service. My previous role made me solely responsible for my team's performance, development, mentoring, and coaching to meet and continuously improve both the company and client metrics for inbound and outbound calling. I am well adept in handling/updating customers account, resolve billing issues/escalations in a timely manner, conduct basic troubleshooting and ultimately, to provide excellent customer service. I am used to working in a fast-paced environment and have developed the ability to stay focused when the need arises. I am an individual performer but can also be a team player.
