Here are my combined duties and responsibilities: • Developing and maintaining working relationships with new and existing clients. • Meeting with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements for a project. • Assessing technical solutions and ensuring they will deliver the client’s business objectives. • Ensuring client projects are successfully delivered on time and within budget. • Establishing new project opportunities. • Monitoring updates within the publishing industry including changes to business models and technology. • Handle Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls • Resolves Customers service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods with the right tools. • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction with their concerns. • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. • Assist customers concerns and queries through social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
