I had 9 years QA test experience in all phases of software lifecycle that includes project planning, scheduling, requirements gathering, test management & testing, defect tracking and reporting. Ive been a QA test lead/test analyst in multiple projects for Retail Clients under Logistics & Supply Chain, Financial Services and Health & Public Service in both offshore(Philipines) and onshore(USA). Primarily, Ive been defining test methodologies, designing test plans and test cases, verifying and validating back end applications. Ive worked in different industry group including retail, financial services and healthcare in both Agile and Waterfall testing methodologies Strong coordination and communication, planning and problem-solving abilities. Here are my TECHNICAL SKILLS • Experienced in project and test/defect management tools like HPALM (HP Application Lifecycle Management, HPQC (HP Quality Center), LeanKit, VersionOne, Confluence and JIRA • Strong background on SQL (Structured Query Language) backend testing using different tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, mySQL • Knowledge in API testing - tools used such as SoapUI, Advanced Rest Client • Experienced in job monitoring tools such as Informatica, AutoSys, Maestro Job Scheduler • Fundamental background on automation tools such as Selenium, TOSCA, Eggplant and LISA.
