ABOUT ME
I am a BPO Supervisor acting Manager OIC for the Sales Cluster with more than 10 years experience in customer eccentric program.
I am also skilled and have experience / background in sales and up-selling. One of the highlights in my total experience is being knowledgeable in custom estimating and direct mailing service. This is also my expertise and the cluster I am currently handling focuses on e-commerce, customized prints (estimating and outbound selling) be it Digital Printing, Offset Printing, Large Format and even Promotional Products.
I was also once requested to train in the US (California and Texas) as the company I am currently employed expanded. I am considered the most skilled and was trusted to impart knowledge and train the on-boarding sites regarding estimating / pricing. I was also trained in actual production process which helped in becoming an expert on printing process.
