I've worked as a telemarketer in the UK account wherein we call clients and conduct surveys of different brands or some lifestyle of some sort which are helpful for our sponsors. I've also worked in a call center (BPO Company) for 2 years as an Account Supervisor wherein I handle irate customers who wanted immediate and a wide range of assistance for their orders who got delayed, lost, missing some items and the like.
