Exposure to test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Centre). Automation experience using various tools like QTP, Selenium. Strong Java programming experience. Experience in building automation frameworks. Working experience on various CI tools. Assists/writes high level test strategies with input from the Dev Feature Lead and/or business and derives time estimates. Maintained automated testing solutions within the team and projects. Able to manage a small team of testers within local and offshore locations (with aid of Deputy QA manager). Manage relationships with development and business stakeholders. Engage proactively with QA Manager regarding project statuses, resourcing, risks. Reporting to QA manager on a daily basis by way of structured reports and informal meetings outlining achievements/issues. Understanding and responding appropriately to internal and external client needs.
