In my time I have had the pleasure of working with many good and not-so-good programmers. Kaplit's skill in both the Android and iOS platform is second to none. Kalpit manages projects very efficiently, and he doesn't sleep until the job is done properly. He never lets you down and his time management skills are superb. Even if you have given up on a particular task, he will see the task out until its successful completion. The code in our apps are intrinsically very challenging to understand and to manipulate. Kalpit has never complained about the code being difficult, and he proceeds to handle tasks with some degree of ease. Not only does Kalpit exceed our expections in his coding ability, but he also instills alot of value to our team by contributing with valuable and useful suggestions to improve our Apps. 5First time working with Kalpit. While there were initial hiccups, these were ironed out pretty quickly after a few sessions. Kalpit is quick at grasping concepts and turning a POC to an actual product. More importantly, he takes personal responsibility and pride towards his assignment. Something that is becoming a rarity in today's market. Will definitely use him again for our next few projects. Keep it up!
