ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Kasidie. I have been wanting to become a personal assistant for some time now, and I finally decided now was a good time. Currently, I am teaching English online to children in China. Though I have never been a personal assistant I have done many jobs that helped me with certain tasks related to being an assistant. When I was in college, I graduated with a Bachelors in Sociology, I worked as a file clerk for a local law firm. While there I learned a lot about how to correctly file things for cases, I would also run errands for staff members. After I finished school I worked for AT&T/Directv as a call representative. While there I learned how to speak to customers, especially customers who were having an issue, in a way that would put them at ease and help them with their issues. Another thing I learned at this job was how to work with different computer systems. For every call I had to use at least two systems to resolve their issues, sometimes I would use five or six to fix the issue. After I left Directv, I took some time to travel with my sister. When we first started traveling we decided to start a travel page. To begin, I learned how to make a website. This alone took me some time as there are many steps including making a personalized email for our account. We also created an Instagram page called leaveherwildandwatchherbloom. Working together, we boosted our following to five thousand in under a month. After working on this, we both decided it was not something we wanted to continue with as we weren't selling anything and we wanted to spend less time on our phones. Though we did not continue with our website and Instagram it did show me the basis for creating content and how to gain and keep a following.
