ABOUT ME
Hey,
I have been working with Ithaka (a travel social commerce platform) from the past 3 years as a Product Manager. We have grown from planning 20 trips per month to 10K trips now. I have been part of the core team and have helped in building the organization.
As a product manager, I have handled multiple user groups (travelers, planners & internal stakeholders) and build products for them. My role included but was not limited to
1. Identifying user problems through user interviews and data analysis.
2. Prioritizing and road mapping the problems
3. Defining solutions (I picked up the designing part as we did not have an in house design team)
4. Interfacing with the tech team & getting it released.
5. Analyzing the impact of the products/features and iterating over them.
