Designed and conducted a well-received
professional development workshop for Akara Word
School staff in 2019.
Targeted Development - Met with parents to discuss
children's progress and to determine priorities and
resource needs.
Curriculum Development - Tailored educational
curriculum to students with range of learning styles,
disabilities, strengths, and weaknesses.Developed
innovative semester lesson plans and practical
application exercises for classroom, reversing scores
on Science tests from 65% average to 87% average.
Data Organization - Organized scores of over 340
students into online database for parents' immediate
access.
