Have worked on various Projects/Organizations/Teams to identify and drive improvement projects with focused being in streamlining Processes with the initiatives including Process Simplification/Improvements, Redefinition of Business Operating Model, Business process improvement for Small and Medium scale organizations.
With hands on experience on Business simplification; which aims at diagnosing the current state of affairs in the business; and then adds substance to each principal and peripheral segment of the existing model. This substance is in terms of eliminating the waste and revamping, where necessary, some of the processes and workflows within the business.
