ABOUT ME

My background is computer science with many working years in software development. I changed my career to User Experience(UX) Design from 2012, when I were working for FPT's Research And Development (R&D) department. At that moment, I had to analyze and optimize many products. I realized that the most important element to create one success product is user's experiences, such as usability, credibility and attractiveness... Then I started learning to be UX Designer by self-study, from online courses, English books and in work. At this time, I have 4+ years of experience working as UX Designer.

I am building a small personal blog, called "A new way to think about UX Design", on the domain uxvietnam.com. I often write blog posts weekly to share my knowledges and experiences about UX Process and graphic design (color theory, image and typography..). I also write some UX evaluations for the famous products in Vietnam (For example: Foody, Bao Moi, Waka book reader, national online banking systems..). Besides, I translated the famous book “Don’t make me think” (author: Steve Krug) into Vietnamese then summarize and share on my blog.

2 months ago, I start building the first UX Design video online course and published on the domain designlab.edu.vn. It is mentioned of the "7 steps on UX Design" (Plan, Discover, Explorer, Define, Design, Validate and Deliver). And I helped more than 200 students by my course.

I am a premium member of Interaction Design Foundation (interaction-design.org) – one of the most prestigious and up-to-date international UX community. I often update my new design knowledges from this goldmine.
