ABOUT ME

In my present job, I am handling a mid-size sales team that I had personally put together from diverse backgrounds. I actively manage pipelines and quotas for my team and constantly motivate them to achieve over the top targets.

In the past two years of my sales career, I have developed a good understanding of complicated sales processes. I have gained experience in designing sales processes that support can support the growth of a fast-paced company like yours.

I not only strive to build new partnerships but also work parallel to strengthen the relationship with existing clients which often leads to further increase in the business volume. I consider myself lucky to be coached by my seniors on how to maintain healthy relationships and being available for client support 24x7.

I am an avid learner and have undertaken multiple workshops where I have strengthened my storytelling and critical thinking skills. I have developed the ability to clearly understand the value proposition of the company and creatively incorporate it into my sales pitch.

I am ready to add value to your sales team. I can simultaneously prioritize and manage several tasks - right from listening to the client's requirements, to carefully drafting proposals. I can effectively communicate ideas via phone calls and presentations and take necessary steps towards negotiating and closing the deal.
