•Over 11 years of experience on Implementation and Integration on niche Cloud computing tool such as Salesforce.com, E-commerce CloudCraze , SAP C4C(Cloud 4 Customer) ,HCI(Hana Cloud Integration) , Salesforce Lightning Experience and Force.com platform based applications along with Strong Knowledge on cloud computing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with expertise in delivering customer centric solutions based on customer effectiveness programs, Sales/Service/Marketing automation, Customer led technology enabled transformations. •Experience in Designing, Configuring, Developing, and Customizing Sales and Marketing cloud. •Handling End-to-End management of project deliverable s •Managing and leading the team members; allocating resources and guiding the team members during the project , till final delivery •Strong experience in Salesforce.com Development and Integration by developing the presentation layer in Visualforce and business logic in the Apex Programming by creating/using the Classes, Triggers, Standard Controllers, and Web Services API that span across social, mobile on disparate application platforms •Strong knowledge on the Agile Delivery Methodologies •Possess knowledge on CRM processes like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Business processes and recommended solutions to improve their processes •Proficiency in Integration between SAP ERP with SAP C4C via HCI Middleware tool along with the Web – Dispatcher enablement for the security and privacy needs on cloud for PII and SSO (Single Sign-On) •In-depth experience with Agile process of gathering business requirements, transforming functional requirements into technical solutions, designing integration strategies, deployment and maintenance of cloud CRM solutions •Experience in Web Application development using Java/J2ee •Knowledge on SAR ERP, SAP CRM to Cloud for Customer (C4C) Integration using HANA Cloud Integration(HCI) and CloudCraze
