ABOUT ME

I am a QA Engineer/Tester with over five years of experience testing web-based, client-server, and mobile applications. My professional history includes positions such as a QA/Test Engineer, a customer's voice and also a lead for a Tester team.

While working as a QA Engineer, my responsibilities have included:
1. Developing testing schedules and organizing testing activities.
2. Reviewing the products' specifications.
3. Defining, designing and writing test cases (functional, usability, regression e.t.c).
4. API, web, mobile, and desktop applications testing.
5. Reporting and assisting developers in reproducing issues.
6. Handling customer requests.
