I’ve been a Customer Service Specialist for 1yr and been a Technical Support Specialist for almost a year. These experiences showcased my skills in a lot of things like communicating with different types of people, to be friendly and patient. In addition to that, I also improved my technical skills (computers, OS, hardwares). However, the job that I was hooked into is being a Chat Support Specialist since I’m a fast typist and I’m keen when it comes to constructing words.
