Petty Cash Handling / Voucher booking in SAP
Processing of Employee Promotional Expense bills in SAP
Processing of Doctors’ payments in SAP
Administrative Assistance
Organizing Zonal Meeting of Representatives












Job Profile : From 2004 to 2011 – Executive Admin, USV

Primary Accountability and Responsibilities:
Provide effective administrative and secretarial support, primarily to Senior level persons
Incoming Correspondence-Independently respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature
Outgoing Correspondence-Independently composes, type and sends out letters on behalf of the Managers.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations
Compilation of monthly Secondary and Primary reports for all the divisions
Assist in Tender preparations
Attending telephone calls and redirecting it to relevant people
