ABOUT ME

I am a proven IT Systems Support Specialist with 6+ years of experience with technical, desktop, customer support, and problem-solving skills to provide user support assistance in resolving conflict and issues in assigned held systems. Business analysts to systems enhancements implementations – from data gathering to creation of technical specifications up to conducting user acceptance tests. Involved in nationwide system implementation, deployed to company branches for implementations, represented the team and conducted training to users of the systems. Systems support that also generates reports, analyses on content as per requirement of requestor. I am also an IT Assistant to my former Filipino-Japanese company, the only full-time IT personnel that handles, daily monitoring of servers, network and ad-hoc technical needs. These experiences include managing materials and providing after-hours support for clients.
