Maintain and manage Dell blade server along with EMC & Super micro storage.

Manage AWS, Microsoft Azures and Dimension data cloud.

Manage Microsoft exchange hybrid cloud, office 365 and google apps and 3rd party email service.

Managed shared web hosting servers & email servers.

Sound knowledge in setup windows DNS severs.

Migration\ Live migration of Hyper-v based VM servers, setup real time replication, fail-over the servers.

Do multiple time email migration in between Microsoft exchange, office 365, google apps and 3rd party email servers.

Manage windows dedicate and shared server hosting with Sql data backup and also knowledge setup Linux server withPHP5, Phpmyadmin, ngnix, radis & MY-Sql severs

End-user Support, Vendor management, Procurement and IT contracts

Having experience multiple times office moves with no impact to company’s productivity (zero downtime)

Played key role in the deployment of IT infrastructure for the new office of 1500+ employees in India

Management of 24x7 helpdesk team to provide technical support.

Working hard in cost optimization to run IT infra.

Experience in end to end IT solution start from server room earthling, cooling, sizing, designing, asset procurement, implementation, installation, migration, maintain & monitor and sync with cloud infrastructure.


Responsible and accountable for manage joint venture company local datacenters, servers, network and secure Wi-Fi system.

Provide cost optimize high availabilities IT infra with complete in-house IT team.

Work with Microsoft, Adobe and PWC for license and security audit.

Take care IT infrastructure requirements, technical support services, Communication and IT event management. Provide resilience for the company's systems and put in place measures to minimize downtime in the event of hardware or software failure. Maintain Desktop applications, Local Area Networks, Telecommunications and IT Security. IT Induction and smooth on boarding of all new joiners.

Manage and work on escalations, feedbacks and troubleshooting to improve quality of service

Plan and forecast end user technology over the medium and long term, establishing budget forecasts and
Investment plans for the end user technology.

Proactive monitoring and management of workstations, servers and devices on network

Ensure all new services are fully supported and provide 3rd line support for all End User technologies


Maintain and administer the computer network infrastructure to support the offices IT requirements, including
the installation, maintenance, monitoring and upgrade of: servers/storage, managed firewall, network switches/routers and all other network infrastructure components

Create and maintain documentation of all systems including network diagrams, equipment configurations, IT
Procedures, security.

Manage office moves/renovation in consultation with the Stakeholders and other IT teams

Responsible for hardware and software installation, upgrades, roll outs, maintenance and repair

Vendor management - procurement of IT Hardware, Software and maintenance contracts and escalate,
Follow up and closure of support requests to external third parties when appropriate.


Proven record of accomplishment working with senior management and department heads to assess and
Institute company-wide technical support policies and procedures

Added responsibility of overseeing external teams and shift management
