I work as data entry/data encoder as my part time during college days, I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Admin. Major in Banking and Finance. My first Job was a secretary. As a secretary it should be clear and organized all the files, knowledgeable about the company they work with, and do these all -answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
-maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

-liaising with relevant organisations and clients

Then, Inventory controller ,Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

lastly, Project dev. officer II,Writes, packages, project proposals and grant applications, Conceptualizes and develops results chains/ theory of changes on proposal ideas, Organizes and facilitates brainstorming workshops/ sessions leading to project idea formulation and concept and/ or proposal development, Prepares presentations on proposals in meetings and workshops, Maintains a database of and monitoring matrix for all project proposals and grant applications submitted, Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Development & Learning, the Project Development Officer will be responsible for undertaking research; preparing recommendations to support and satisfy funder requirements by developing concepts, including gathering, configuring, analyzing the information; and developing reports.
