EXPERIENCE: I worked as a customer service representative for 2 years for a VOIP product and 6 years experience as a Technical support Associate II for multiple Microsoft products (i.e. Windows OS, Outlook.com webmail, Onedrive, Office applications). In my last year with the company I was assigned in Tier 2 department who deals with escalated Microsoft Office technical cases (cases that usually needs further investigation or a more comprehensive/advance troubleshooting). I have Strong Technical background with good problem solving and multitasking skills. I can help you with the following (can be done thru remote session with your permission):
* any Windows Operating System issues i.e. Malware, installing system patches and updates, removing unwanted caches that is slowing the computer down.
* PC Tune-up or Virus removal
* any Microsoft Office issues.
