Currently working in the Philippines for Concentrix as an outsourced people as a JIRA Administrator for two instances one premise and one cloud version of Atlassian tools. I manage four Atlassian tools - JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd. Creation of complex JIRA Workflows, Schemes, Permission and Schemes, Notification and Schemes, Issue Tyes and Schemes, Custom Fields and Custom configurations using Behaviors. Conduct Consultation request for users, we teach and share what are the best practices to use Atlassian Toolss. Creation of Spaces, Projects ( JIRA, Bitbucket ) Creating of Rules and Regulations for using Atlassian Tools, and creating SLA's for users. I also train new comers on How to use JIRA/Confluence/Crowd/Bitbucket.
