Source out and identifies and negotiate potential supplier/subcontractor needed for a project preparation for Quotation, considering target price of client, time frame needed, project process.
Prepare Quotation for bidding with the help of each Sales Engineer
Prepare request for payment to Accounting every month end or base on its terms.
Coordinate and Assist Sales Engineer, Client and Production Planner for the smooth and common information regarding Job Order/Project.
Monitor Client PO and prepare SOA for payment dues of client.
Over all coordination to all clients and Sale’s Engineer schedule and appointment
Monitoring and settle all utility factory playable
