I have work as customer care representative on TEL CO SPRINT account
I have handle difficult customer for three years
I been helping customer how to understand their bill most of them complaining why there are extra charges and why the bill is so high explaining it and helping them understand why and what are the charges we also help them troubleshoot their devices we fix their devices for some minimal issue.
Over a year I've promoted as FINANCE ESCALATION TIER 2 what we do take care of the most difficult customer to handle which agent may not able to pacify we are there to take actions as supervisor call.

when i left customer care rep I applied for collection specialist
we handle over due and past due balances from their utility services GAS and ELEC
we help them how to settle the account into minimum payment plan as they are experiencing financial hardship.
