I've been in a BPO industry for 10 years and that includes data entry, proofread, outbound/inbound calls, email support and research. I have knowledge in MS Office programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Sheets. I have multitasking talents, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments and develop solutions to challenging problems. My usual WPM (words per minute) is 45-55. I am seeking for long term opportunities. I am eager to learn new things. I can certainly handle stress and pressure and I always focus on the job that I'm doing. I certainly enjoy doing repetitive tasks as I am used to it.
