ABOUT ME

As a Customer Service Assistant for the past 5yrs in shipping industry, it helped my whole personality to build a good connections in dealing with the clients. Thru all the experiences from the light to darkest experiences it made me more confident to help customers in all their concerns and giving them possible solutions for the fast transactions of their cargoes. As a matter of fact, our management always graded me excellent score in competencies and by giving big contributions on our company' budget objectives and department goals and I can definitely also do that to your company. I have an extensive expertise when it comes to organizing ang bookkeeping special documents from VIP clients and important files of our company's management. Thru that I can apply these expertise as a Virtual Assistant to other fields of work. I have an expansive knowledge in MS Office (Word,Powerpoint,Excel,Outlook), and photo editing like Adobe lightroom, Snapseed, and Adobe Photoshop. I also do different types of Email Templates for Outlook mails and still studying for more ideas and designs. I am well advanced in English and Filipino languages.
