ABOUT ME

I've worked as a Virtual Assistant/Researcher and Recruitment Manager in my previous jobs. I always get high ratings/favorable feedbacks for a job well done. I am proficient in written and spoken English.

In my recently finished work, I did Customer Service handling, Training, Transcription, proofreading, and research. I maintained and updated every day the information in the database/system - Infusionsoft. I also responded to inquiries of prospective clients through email. I also called prospective clients who call in or send inquiries through email who are interested to lease rental properties listed for lease in the market. I did appointment-setting. I also proofread and edited texts of Websites using WORDPRESS. I have been using group collaboration tools like Skype, Wuala, Dropbox, Google Docs/Drive, Salesforce, Basecamp, Asana, Producteev. I also posted job ads in Craigslist.

I am proficient in MS Office. I also had years of work experience doing Office Administration, Training, Research, and Human Resource Management/Recruitment. I also did administrative work and data entry as Executive Assistant to Business Executives of big Multinational companies in my previous jobs. I have extensive Customer Service experience. I've also managed teams of people doing Inbound, Outbound and Customer service work for a foreign client (US client).

From May 2019 to Nov 2019, I was an Administrative and Marketing Supervisor/Virtual Assistant for a US Client. I handled Marketing tasks using Woodpecker, LinkedIn, and Facebook. I also handled part of Accounting/Bookkeeping (used QuickBooks) for this company engaged in Real Estate Marketing.

May 2018 to May 2019, I was Consultant/Executive Assistant to the Executive Director (Part-time). I reported directly to the Executive Director (Australian). I was Executive Assistant to the Growth Advisor, Go-to-market planning expert, Sales Leadership Mentor, and B2B Marketing Professional

March 2015 to May 2018, I was an Administrative Manager/Virtual Assistant. I was Full-time Administrative Manager for this company in the UK engage in Serviced Apartments business and Property Mentorship.
