Madhava is a strategic leader and management consultant with extensive experience in management consulting, IT advisory, business development and program management.
His experience spans across a variety of environments like Big4 consulting firms (Deloitte, KPMG), US-based Silicon Valley startup (Owler Inc), enterprise product development (ADP, Verizon Business) and multinational information technology (IT) service, consulting and business solutions companies (Cognizant, Tata Consultancy services). In his career, he has played roles in different capacities as Delivery Leader, Program Manager, Agile Coach, Test Manager, Test Process Consultant, and Pre Sales Consultant.
He has expertise working with customers from different cultures and backgrounds (North America, Europe, South, and Southeast Asia), with a clear execution strategy, to ensure that the CxO objectives are met with high levels of satisfaction.
