ABOUT ME

I come with 15 years of experience in Market Research (Consumer Insights and Customer Experience) across Operations and Delivery, Program Management, Client Management, Team Management and Consulting. In my recent stint with Aditya Birla Group as an independent consultant, I set up a customer centricity initiative (Mission Happiness) in one of the group businesses'. This involved working with business at all levels, bringing in cultural changes, setting up and driving customer feedback system, generating insights, facilitating strategic actions, measuring initial impact and transitioning to business.
In my previous role at Feedback Consulting, I led B2B research studies mainly in space of Customer, Employee and Partner Experience (VoC) for B2B clients in the IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, HR Solutions and Financial Services space. My involvement started from client interactions and requirement gathering to designing the survey to getting it executed to analyzing data to deriving and presenting insights to senior management enabling them take strategic actions for the organization. I handled a team of 5 senior researchers.
In my earlier roles at Nielsen I have handled Field Research Operations for the West and South regions of India across industries; my span of control being 150 permanent associates. I have also been a Program Manager (the first PMO member of India region), having driven about 9 strategic programs catering to growth (about 6mn$), EBIDTA leverage and client centricity. These include new product launch, process improvements, change management and client delight initiatives. Followed core Project Management Approach of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure. Stakeholder management and risk management were the most critical parts of my role.
I am looking for a role either as a full time employee or independent consultant that gives me enough opportunity to utilize my expertise and experience so far. Picking up additional skills on the way is also something I am looking forward to. I am based out of Mumbai.
